Выбрать бутылку вина в подарок – очень непростая задача, особенно, если вы не знаете, какие напитки предпочитает получатель подарка, разбирается ли он в винах и как вообще к ним относится. Кто-то пьёт только красное, кто-то не любит сладкое, а кто-то вообще выбирает пиво. Поэтому, прежде чем искать вино в подарок, советую ответить себе на несколько вопросов:

• Нравится ли человеку вино? Если нет, то стоит подумать о другом подарке;
• Изучает ли он вина? Если да, то премиум кюве из знаменитого апелласьона, или же что-то неизвестное и любопытное станут отличным выбором;
• Может быть, это знаток или коллекционер редких кюве и миллезимов? Если да, то в идеале будет узнать, какой апелласьон он предпочитает, есть ли у него любимые напитки или те, что он мечтает попробовать. В любом случае, стоит поискать что-то эксклюзивное;
• Какие вина он предпочитает? Белые или красные? Может быть, игристые или креплёные? Чем больше у вас будет информации, тем проще будет выбрать подарок, и тем больше будет шансов, что он понравится;
• По какому поводу вы делаете подарок? Ответ на этот вопрос обозначит его примерную цену. На важные праздники – дни рождения, Новый год, Рождество — обычно дарят дорогие вещи, а на вечеринку или встречу друзей, где важнее общение, а не еда и напитки, следует выбирать напитки попроще.

Если же вы просто приглашены на праздник и хотите поблагодарить хозяина дома, ответственного за стол и закуски, то разумно будет выбирать кюве, которое понравится большинству гостей – питкое, непритязательное, но качественное (необязательно Гран Крю).

Как подарить бутылку вина – это тоже отдельная тема. Шикарное коллекционное кюве редкого миллезима или премиальное Гран Крю достойны соответствующей упаковки – очень стильно будет смотреться деревянный ящик для одной бутылки, в которых обычно продаются такие напитки. Для вариантов попроще это может не делаться, поэтому красивая бумажная подарочная упаковка тоже подойдёт. Можно просто подарить бутылку с красивой классической этикеткой, которая сама по себе будет украшением, тем более, если этот подарок предназначен для общего стола.

Вино в подарок женщине

Какое вино подарить женщине? Совсем необязательно что-то розовое, игристое или сладкое, но делать поправку на её знания всё же стоит. Советую также отойти от общепринятой идеи, что женщинам нужно что-то полегче и послаще, а мужчинам – помощнее, ведь согласно опросам, половина женской винной аудитории тоже ценит красные вина. Некоторые дамы не откажутся от терпкого структурного Пойяка или спиритуозных Амароне или портвейна. Но в целом, женщины действительно предпочитают утонченные напитки средней крепости.

Из красных подойдут наименования следующих регионов:

• Бургундия: элегантное молодое Монтели (Monthélie) или Волнэ (Volnay), самое женственное, мягкое, деликатное вино из Кот де Бон (Côtes de Beaune), в отличие от более насыщенных напитков субрегиона.

• Бордо с Правого берега 5-10 летней выдержки, например Сент-Эмильон (Saint-Emilion) или Фронсак (Fronsac). Они обладают более мягкими танинами, чем представители Левого берега (Медок и коммунальные наименования).
• Вальполичелла Классико (Valpolicella Classico) – сочное фруктовое вино из Венето (Veneto) на северо-востоке Италии, где также производят Просекко.

• Пино Нуар из Нового Света – новозеландского Мальборо (Marlborough) или калифорнийской Долины Сонома (Sonoma), где благодаря морскому влияние и умеренному климату напитки из этого популярного сорта получаются концентрированными и сбалансированными.
• На День Святого Валентина популярны Крю Божоле Сент-Амур (Cru Beaujolais Saint—Amour), одни из самых деликатных Крю (в отличие, например, от мощного Моргона). К тому же, название переводится, как «Святая Любовь».

Розовое вино в подарок девушке (причём, желательно – игристое) считается классическим вариантом:

• Розовое шампанское – неоспоримая классика, практически символ Дня Святого Валентина. Розовое шампанское отличается менее выраженной кислотностью, чем белое, и поэтому кажется более питким (но здесь это тоже дело вкуса, некоторые предпочитают яркий минерально-цитрусовый Блан де Блан).

• Розовый креман из Бордо или Бургундии – как более доступная альтернатива шампанскому.
• Розовое игристое из Пино Нуар из итальянского региона Ольтрепо Павезе (Oltrepò Pavese) – если нужно удивить винного энтузиаста.

• Тавель (Tavel) – представители этого апелласьона в Долине Роны бывают только розовые. Вместе с Бандоль Розе (Bandol rosé) они считаются самыми «винными» в своей категории.
• Розе де Прованс (Rosé de Provence) – знаменитое розовое вино юга Франции, которое отлично подойдёт для непринуждённого вечера.
• Каберне д’Анжу (Cabernet d’Anjou), Розе д’Анжу (Rosé d’Anjou) – сладкие розовые из Долины Луары.

• Sancerre Rosé – сухое розовое из Долины Луары.

А вот чем можно удивить в белом цвете:

• Белое шампанское брют от Дома Лансон (Lanson) или Бессера де Бельфон (Besserat de Bellefon), для тех, кто любит тонкий минеральный стиль и высокую кислотность, или Боланже (Bollinger) для поклонников «винного» шампанского.

• Пуйи-Фюме (Pouilly—Fumé) или Сансер (Sancerre) с чистыми минеральными нотками.

• Элегантный и многогранный Монраше (Montrachet) из Бургундии.
• Кристально-фруктовый Совиньон Блан из Мальборо.

Какое вино подарить мужчине

Считается, что вино в подарок мужчине должно быть щедрым, с мощными танинами и желательно, бочковым. Однако, следуя данному стереотипу, можно ошибиться с выбором подарка, ведь мужские вкусы тоже бывают разными. Наиболее насыщенными, плотными, терпкими, стереотипно-мужскими, станут:

• Мадиран (юго-запад Франции) из сорта Таннат – одно из самых долгоживущих и терпких вин. Само название сорта указывает на его высокий уровень танинов. Желательно дарить выдержанные кюве пяти-, а то и десяти- или пятнадцатилетние. Уровень терпкости после такой выдержки не снизится, а вот текстура танинов станет намного приятнее;
• Коммунальные апелласьоны Медока (Бордо) – Пойяк (Pauillac) или Сент-Эстеф (Saint-Estèphe) – наиболее танинные представители, Марго (Margaux) и Сен-Жюльен (Saint-Julien) – чуть помягче, но не уступают соседям в качестве и долгожительстве;
• Нюи-Сен-Жорж (Nuits—Saint—Georges),Бургундия – Пино Нуар знаменитого апелласьона, отличающийся насыщенностью;
• Американский Зинфандель (Zinfandel) из Лодай (Lodi) или Каберне Совиньон из Долины Напа (Napa Valley) – солнечные и насыщенные напитки;
• Приорат (Priorat) – невероятно выразительные вина Испании, которые считаются одними из самых дорогих в стране.

Однако, совсем не значит, что чем более терпким будет напиток, тем больше он подойдёт в подарок мужчине. Знаток утончённых крю обязательно оценит деликатность выдержанных кюве с бархатными танинами и скрытным букетом, нотки которого не так легко уловить.

Розовые и белые вина тоже станут хорошим подарком, ведь то, что «мужчины предпочитают красное и терпкое» — это не абсолютное правило. Но всё же, если делать на него поправку, то вот что можно выбрать из напитков данной категории:

• Кондриё (Condrieu) – престижное наименование Долины Роны, где разрешён только сочный сорт Вьонье;
• Мёрсо (Meursault) или Бон Премье Крю (Beaune Premier Cru) – элегантная бургундия с насыщенным, но интегрированным бочковым букетом;
• Белые кюве с юга Италии или Франции, чей тропический букет впитал в себя щедрое тепло Солнца;
• Винные розовые Бандоль (Bandol) или Тавель (Tavel);
• Шампанское винного стиля, например, Боланже (Bollinger).

Аксессуары для вина в подарок

Винный аксессуар будет очень полезным подарком, но выбор предмета будет зависеть от знаний того, кому вы решили подарить аксессуар. Начинающему ценителю подойдут:

• хорошая записная книжка, предназначенная специально для дегустационных заметок;

• чехлы на бутылки для слепых дегустаций;

• специальный бокал для дегустации INAO;
• чёрный бокал для полностью «слепой» дегустации, на которой не будет виден даже цвета напитка.

Также обратите внимание на разные полезные гаджеты и просто мелочи, с помощью которых подача напитка приблизится к идеальной:

• термометр в виде браслета на бутылку, чтобы следить за температурой подачи;

• декантер с широким основанием — для аэрации, смягчения и раскрытия букета молодого кюве;

• декантер с узким основанием — для отделения выдержанного вина от осадка, который скапливается на дне в результате полимеризации танинов и антоцианов (пигментов), т.е. соединения их молекул между собой в процессе созревания;
• качественный профессиональный штопор сомелье;
• насадка на горлышко или специальная вставка в горлышко, чтобы избежать стекания капель на этикетку;

• сосуд для льда, который поможет быстро охладить напиток.

При этом декантеры бывают как чисто функциональные, так и декоративные.

Отличной идеей будет набор специально подобранных качественных бокалов, т.к. особенность органолептического профиля можно подчеркнуть правильным бокалом, или скрыть, если бокал вину не подходит.

Назначение бокалов может быть определено:

• апелласьоном – бокалы для Бордо и Бургундии совсем не похожи друг на друга;
• сортом – бокалы для Рислинга или Совиньон Блан более вытянутые и суженые к верху, чтобы «собрать» их лёгкие летучие ароматные молекулы. Бокал для бочкового Шардоне больше похож на широкую чашу, где для богатого букета этого напитка будет достаточно места, чтобы раскрыться;
• происхождением сорта – бокал для бургундского Пино Нуар будет чуть более компактным и узким, а для Пино Нуар из Нового Света – немного шире, чуть с выпрямленным горлышком, что разовьёт сочный букет, а также правильно «преподаст» терпкость данного напитка.

Обратите внимание на фирмы Riedel или Spiegelau – самые известные фирмы, производящие качественные винные бокалы, которые очень ценятся рестораторами.

Гурманы, подбирающие разные напитки к разным блюдам, нередко сталкиваются с проблемой хранения открытой бутылки. Можно, конечно, подарить кулинарную книгу с винными рецептами и идеями для утилизации недопитой бутылки . Но ценители вин вряд ли пустят уникальное крю в соус, поэтому лучшим решением будут специальные приспособления, которые продлят жизнь открытой бутылке:

• специальная пробка-помпа, которая позволяет откачать воздух из открытой бутылки, герметично её закрыв. Под такой крышкой напиток проживёт не 2-3 дня, а примерно 2 недели;
• пробка для шампанского, которая прочно прилегает к горлышку и не выпускает газ из ценного напитка;
• Coravin – специальная система, которая позволяет наливать вино из бутылки, не извлекая пробку. Говоря упрощенно, это конструкция из особой иглы и баллончиков с газом аргоном. Игла протыкает пробку, напиток наливается через канал в игле, а количество взятого из бутылки вина заменяется газом. Аргон тяжелее воздуха, поэтому он прилегает к поверхности жидкости, защищая её от оксидации, а отверстие, сделанное иглой в пробке, закрывается благодаря её эластичности. Coravin будет очень полезным инструментом как для гастрономического ужина, так и для студента-сомелье, который сможет готовиться к экзамену, устраивая сравнительные дегустации представителей нескольких сортов или регионов. Недостатки системы – это невозможность использовать её для игристых вин и для бутылок с синтетической или винтовой железной пробкой.

Что подарить ценителю вина

Человеку, который коллекционирует редкие кюве и очень хорошо в них разбирается, следует преподнести дорогой и эксклюзивный подарок:

• Классика – вино урожая года рождения. В зависимости от возраста и качества миллезима, такой подарок может быть сложно найти. К тому же оно уже может стать непригодным к употреблению. Но если бутылка предназначается только для коллекции, то такой подарок точно произведёт впечатление;
• Вино для коллекции – напиток исключительного года с потенциалом к долгому развитию, будет отличным вложением в коллекцию и позволит коллекционеру самому выбрать момент, когда его открыть;
